Marina first learned about marketing through craft beer, developing 200+ custom point-of-sale products. At Amazon, Marina designed digital tactics to drive 20MM annual app installs, delivering 40% YoY growth for 3 years. Marina joined the recruiting side at Amazon to launch new digital channels and use data-driven insights to inform marketing behind hiring 430K warehouse workers in North America.
She is passionate about ‘connecting the dots’ across different marketing efforts and optimizing every aspect of campaign performance.
Sandra Fogg
Sandra is an experienced media leader recognized for her passion to educate and motivate others. She started her career at a full-capacity agency and went on to develop award-winning media campaigns across multiple industries including automotive, finance, and healthcare.
Most recently, Sandra managed annual budgets up to $60MM to support warehouse hiring for Amazon in US and Canada. She worked with 200+ vendors to foster partnerships and negotiate efficient media deals, contributing to annual cost savings of 15-20%.
